Accessibility Statement
Vitea is committed to making our digital experiences accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We are actively working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA support across Vitea Platform.
Standards
Vitea Platform targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Current work includes keyboard access, semantic structure, focus management, reduced motion, contrast support, and browser zoom validation up to 200 percent.
Current Accessibility Features
- Accessibility preferences for text size, reduced motion, increased contrast, reduced transparency, enhanced focus, and larger targets.
- Skip navigation in the protected application shell, and a visible focus indicator on every interactive control.
- Keyboard access to primary navigation and the module selector, with collapsed navigation groups kept out of the tab order.
- Long lists, such as the conversation review queue, use arrow-key navigation so they do not have to be tabbed through item by item.
- Shared modal and drawer components with labelled dialog semantics, focus containment, Escape close, focus restoration, and the rest of the page made inert while they are open.
- Shared form controls with visible labels, validation messaging, and programmatic descriptions. Sign-in and password forms announce errors and password requirements as text rather than colour alone.
- Status messages, including notifications and page changes during navigation, are announced to screen readers.
- Automated axe and keyboard checks run in continuous integration and block changes that regress an already-remediated page.
Known Limitations
We are still validating and remediating accessibility across older pages, dense data tables, charts, uploaded document workflows, and third-party or embedded components. Some accessibility preferences, including larger targets, currently apply to our shared components and not yet to every older page. Claims about specific assistive technologies are added only after verification is complete.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact us with the page URL, a description of the issue, and the browser or assistive technology you were using.

We review accessibility feedback as part of our product quality process and prioritize barriers that block access to core workflows.
